At Bloom Wholesale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for boutique fashion items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that all seasonal clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

    Request Authorization

    Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include a copy of the packing slip or a note with your RMA number inside.

  • 3.
    Ship the Items

    Affix your shipping label to the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; we recommend using a trackable service as we are not responsible for lost transit.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
